No. Barbers and clients always use FadeReady free. Only the shop owner pays one flat monthly price.

Solo barber $19 a month, Shop $49 a month with unlimited barbers, Multi-shop $99 a month for up to 3 shops ($29 for each extra shop), each with a 1-month free trial. Pay yearly and save 17%. The first 25 Florida shops pay $39 a month and the first 25 Florida solo barbers $15 a month, locked for 12 months.

Everything is included in the plan except the optional AI front desk, a paid extra at $19 a month per shop. It stays off unless the owner adds it.

Yes. Walk-ins join the live line, barbers who are free show as Ready now, and everyone sees their real place in line.

Every shop has a number, like 1001. Clients search by shop name, owner, city or number, scan the QR code on your poster, open your shop link, or pick a shop near them.

Yes, if the owner turns it on. Clients can tip, and the owner chooses who covers card fees: the shop, a credit card fee of up to 3%, or a cash discount. Debit cards are never charged a card fee.

Any web browser on a phone, tablet, Mac or PC. iPhone and Android apps come at launch.

Yes. Every screen works in English and Spanish, with one tap.

Yes, and it takes minutes. Download your client list from your old app (Booksy, Square, Vagaro, Fresha, StyleSeat, GlossGenius, Squire or any spreadsheet) and upload it to FadeReady. Nobody is added twice. Your books can come in from QuickBooks or a bank statement too.

Each shop sees only its own data, and chats between barbers and clients stay private. Your data is always yours: download all of it at any time (clients, visits, books and barber pay), plus a QuickBooks file.
